Koprol (a.k.a Somersault)

“Find friends and places nearby from any mobile phone”

Koprol allows you to share your short postings, location, photos, reviews, with your friends and also other people nearby. With Koprol you’ll know where your friends are and what’s happening around you.

While most social networks make you stay in front of the computer, Koprol goes with you as you roll around town and find friends to meet in real life.

Koprol is aimed for people in Indonesian cities. It’s very easy to use, works on any phone browser and doesn’t require GPS.

Multitouch Techniques

At the moment there are five major techniques that allow for the creation of a stable multi-touch hardware systems; these include:

  1. Jeff Han’s pioneering Frustrated Total Internal Reflection (FTIR),
  2. Rear Diffused Illumination (Rear DI) such as Microsoft’s Surface Table,
  3. Laser Light Plan (LLP) pioneered in the community by Alex Popovich and also seen in Microsoft’s LaserTouch prototype,
  4. LED-Light Plane (LED-LP) developed within the community by Nima Motamedi,
  5. and finally Diffused Surface Illumination (DSI) developed within the community by Tim Roth.

If you have insufficient fund, LLP is the best way :)
